Welcome to the USD 290 Helpdesk!

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please be aware that you can also now submit tickets by simply emailing helpdesk@usd290.org!

If you are a first time user, please Sign In and be sure to complete the one time registration. On the sign in screen, simply enter your district username and password (the same credentials you use to check email or logon to a computer). Once authenticated a form will pop up asking for some basic details. It is important that you select the correct building in the dropdown!
